As Mark Twain famously said, "The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated."
This website and all of my other social media have been very quiet this year. That is because, in April, I underwent back-to-back heart surgeries and then suffered a stroke. I have been slowly recovering since them.
I am grateful to be alive and thank God for His protective hand. I understand that back-to-back heart surgery has about a 12% survival rate. But I'm not here to dwell on that situation. I only want to explain my absence and let everyone know that I am making my way back.
The graphic novel I have been working on for the last two years is at the printer. Working on Kicks #1 has been an amazing journey. I will try and post more about that in the next couple of weeks.
I am working with some podcasters on creating another comic project. More on that as it develops. As far as podcasts go, I will be returning to the Geeky Ol Hog Ol Hog channel on YouTube. In addition to resuming my activity there, I am also preparing to start a new podcast of my own. Once again, more about that as that project develops.
The good news is that I am not dead. More good news is that I have more content on the way. The less-than-great news is that it will take me a while to get fully onboard with everything I would like to do. Which will result in a steady stream of content.
